Where it makes sense, we opt for wood-frame construction over concrete and steel. Why? Because wood contains much lower embodied carbon. It's renewable, lighter to transport, and sequesters carbon throughout its life. By using sustainably sourced timber, we minimize the overall carbon footprint of our developments while still providing long-lasting, high-quality buildings that meet and exceed code.
